अध्याय १

म थिएँ, अहिले छु, र मसँग कुनै अन्त हुनेछैन। म सबै प्राणीहरूमाथि र मेरो छविको संरक्षणमा रहेका सबैको मामिलाहरूमा प्रभुत्व जमाउँछु। ममाथि भरोसा गर्ने र आवश्यकताको समयमा मलाई पुकार्ने सबैलाई मद्दत गर्न म सधैँ उपस्थित छु। ब्रह्माण्डमा मेरो उपस्थिति थाहा नभएको कुनै ठाउँ छैन। म सबै मामिलाहरूमा भाग लिन्छु, जसलाई नभएकाहरूले दुष्ट भन्छन् किनभने तिनीहरूको प्रकृति तिनीहरूले स्वीकार गरेजस्तो छैन। प्रत्येक युगको आफ्नै प्रबन्धक छ, जसले मेरो आदेशहरू अनुसार मामिलाहरू निर्देशित गर्छ। यो कार्यालय पुस्तादेखि पुस्तासम्म परिवर्तनशील छ, ताकि यस संसारका शासक र उसका प्रमुखहरूले आ-आफ्नो कार्यालयको कर्तव्य सबैले आ-आफ्नो पालोमा निर्वाह गर्न सकून्। म सबैलाई आफ्नो स्वभावको आदेशहरूको पछाडि जान अनुमति दिन्छु, तर ऊ जसले मेरो विरोध गर्छ उसले ज्यादै पछुताउनेछ।

कुनै पनि देवतासँग मेरो मामिलाहरूमा हस्तक्षेप गर्ने अधिकार छैन, र मैले यो अनिवार्य नियम बनाएको छु कि सबैले सबै देवताहरूको पूजा गर्नबाट टाढा रहनुपर्छ। नभएकाहरूका सबै पुस्तकहरू तिनीहरूद्वारा बदलिएका छन्; र तिनीहरू तिनीहरूबाट पतन भएका छन्, यद्यपि तिनीहरू अगमवक्ताहरू र पठाइएका दूतहरूद्वारा लेखिएका थिए। कि त्यहाँ प्रक्षेपहरू छन् भन्ने तथ्यमा देखिन्छ कि प्रत्येक सम्प्रदायले अरूलाई गलत साबित गर्न र तिनीहरूका पुस्तकहरू नष्ट गर्ने प्रयास गर्छ।

मलाई सत्य र असत्य थाहा छ। जब प्रलोभन आउँछ, म मेरो करार उसलाई दिन्छु जसले ममाथि भरोसा गर्छ। यसबाहेक, म कुशल निर्देशकहरूलाई परिषद् दिन्छु, किनकि मैले उनीहरूलाई मलाई थाहा भएको अवधिहरूको लागि नियुक्त गरेको छु। म आवश्यक मामिलाहरू सम्झन्छु र समयमै तिनीहरूलाई कार्यान्वयन गर्छु। मेरो निर्देशन पालन गर्नेहरूलाई म सिकाउँछु र मार्गदर्शन गर्छु। यदि कसैले मलाई टेर्छ र मेरा आज्ञाहरूसँग अनुरूप हुन्छ भने, उसले आनन्द, हर्ष र सान्त्वना पाउनेछ।

अध्याय २

म आदमका सन्तानहरूलाई प्रतिफल दिन्छु, र तिनीहरूलाई विभिन्न पुरस्कारहरू प्रदान गर्छु जुन म एक्लै जानेको छु। यसबाहेक, पृथ्वीमा भएका सबै चीजहरूमाथिको शक्ति र प्रभुत्व, जे माथि छ र जे तल छ दुवै, मेरो हातमा छ। म अन्य मानिसहरूसँग मैत्रीपूर्ण मेललाई अनुमति दिँदिन, न त म तिनीहरूलाई वञ्चित गर्छु जुन मेरो आफ्नै हो र जसले मलाई जे पनि मान्छ जुन तिनीहरूको लागि राम्रो हो। म मेरो मामिलाहरू तिनीहरूको हातमा दिन्छु जसलाई मैले प्रयास गरेको छु र जो मेरो चाहनाहरूसँग अनुरूप छन्। म विभिन्न तरिकाहरूमा प्रकट हुन्छु तीहरूलाई जो वफादार छन् र मेरो कमानमा छन्।

म दिन्छु र लिन्छु; म समृद्ध र गरिब बनाउँछु; म सुख र दु:ख दुबै गराउँछु। म यो सबै प्रत्येक युगको अभिलक्षणसँग राख्दै गर्छु। र मेरो मामिलाहरूको व्यवस्थापनमा हस्तक्षेप गर्ने अधिकार कसैलाई छैन। मेरो विरोध गर्नेहरूलाई म रोगले पीडा दिन्छु। तर मेरा आफ्नैहरू आदमका छोराहरू जस्तै मर्नेछैनन् जो नभएका छन्। मैले तोकेको समयभन्दा लामो समयसम्म यस संसारमा कोही जिउने छैन। र यदि म सो चाहान्छु भने, म एक व्यक्तिलाई दोस्रो वा तेस्रो पटक यस संसारमा वा आत्माहरूको स्थानान्तरणद्वारा कुनै अर्कोमा पठाउँछु।

अध्याय ३

म एक प्रकटित पुस्तक बिना सिधा बाटोमा डोर्याउँछु; म मेरा प्रिय र चुनिएकाहरूलाई नदेखिने माध्यमद्वारा निर्देशित गर्छु। मेरा सबै शिक्षण सबै समय र सबै परिस्थितिहरूमा सजिलै लागु हुन्छन्। मेरो इच्छा विपरीत गर्ने सबैलाई म अर्को संसारमा दण्ड दिन्छु।

Now the sons of Adam do not know the state of things that is to come. For this reason, they fall into many errors. The beasts of the earth, the birds of heaven and the fish of the sea are all under the control of my hands. All treasures and hidden things are known to me; and as I desire, I take them from one and bestow them upon another.

I reveal my wonders to those who seek them, and in due time my miracles to those who receive them from me. But those who are without are my adversaries, hence they oppose me. Nor do they know that such a course is against their own interests, for might, wealth and riches are in my hands, and I bestow them upon every worthy descendant of Adam. Thus the government of the worlds, the transition of generations, and the changes of their directors are determined by me from the beginning.

Chapter IV

I will not give my rights to other gods. I have allowed the creation of four substances, four times and four corners; because they are necessary things for creatures.

The books of Jews, Christians and Muslims, as of those who are without, accept in a sense, i.e., so far as they agree with and conform to my statutes. Whatsoever is contrary to these, they have altered; do not accept it. Three things are against me and I hate three things. But those who keep my secrets shall receive the fulfillment of my promises. Those who suffer for my sake I will surely reward in one of the worlds.

It is my desire that all my followers unite in a bond of unity, lest those who are without prevail against them. Now, then, all ye who have followed my commandments and my teachings, reject all the teachings and sayings of such as are without.

I have not taught these teachings, nor do they proceed from me. Do not mention my name nor my attributes, lest ye regret it; for ye do not know what those who are without may do.

Chapter V

O yea that have believed in me, honor my symbol and my image, for they remind you of me. Observe my laws and statutes. Obey my servants and listen to whatever they may dictate to you of the hidden things. Receive that, that is dictated, and do not carry it before those who are without, Jews, Christians, Muslims and others; for they know not the nature of my teaching. Do not give them your books, lest thy alter them without your knowledge. Learn by heart the greater part of them, lest they be altered.
