या त यो रीति औपचारिक सर्वमान्य रीतिबाट सुरु गर्न सकिन्छ, वा तुरुन्तै निम्न प्रार्थना पढ, रुनिक मन्त्रहरू जप गर र त्यसपछि पुष्टिको साथ(मान्नु,ठान्नु र पक्का पार्नु) अगाडि बढ।
